Founder is a real estate broker himself, the idea came from personal pain, he saw a lot of loops and issues within the industry and decided to make a change. All started in 2018, when Philipp, found co-founder in Estonia - Harry.

This is a software solution to make real estate deals transparent, secure and honest in the US. At the moment, in the US, 90% of the deals are done vie the real estate brokers. 87% of buyers interview just 1 agent before making a deal. sMover looks to change the habit and behaviour to help buyers and sellers. Connecting buyers and sellers to real-estate agents in order to make business transparent, cheaper, faster and secure.

Product

Software based solution to disrupt the Real Estate market (buy/sell/rent processes). Starting point - the US. Pitch and data at the moment focused purely on the US market as one of the founders is a real estate agent himself. Below you can see Problem/Solution breakdown with comments. Please note, sMover separated this to 2 types of (general) stakeholders - Supply and Demand side, below you can see more in depth breakdown of stakeholders.

The way sMover will position themselves at the fist stage (MVP) is "Agent Portfolio" - all sort of data is gathered and displayed to create a catalogue and offering to clients (how many deals, are the clients happy, last reviews etc.)The Real-estate Agents will be approached as the stakeholders. All the data delivered is actually public but stored in a really bad, basically inaccessible way. (You can find some examples later in the "Operations" section)

Stage

Product: Full Design System developed, consumer (buyer, seller) side done fully in Figma. Wireframes for (real estate) agent side is done but not implemented. sMover recently took a step back, had to let some developers go. sMover understood that they need a leader for the tech team and need to plan in ahead. Too much time was spent on random solutions and decisions. After attending the Hustle Fund Program they realised the current dev team was not suitable. Wasted 8 months with previous team. Now taking slowly with new approach and structure. We fail - we learn.

Business: At the moment they are plugging themselves to brokerages and agents. Currently have 20 agents ready to be onboarded, waiting for the product to be at the stage needed. NB! Data collection is a HUGE part for the future. Almost no one is actually gathering this data. This can turn out to be huge thing. Team is not 100% clear which data could be the most valuable one, storing all at the moment.

Tech side:

Quite opened to discussion, have no strong CTO at the moment. Below is the general overview of sMovers dev pans and some estimations of the time. I pasted this here to be able to have an opinion on their estimation ability and also show the logic of tech-picking while developing. This is a young team with not much of the dev experience.
