Once you reach us, we will do the following:
- Introductory lesson where you will learn about:
- Real people, hot positions, places of work and how much they earn;
- Confirm and buy a suitable course for each person;
- Define goals;
- Book 1-1 motivational biweekly call with a mentor.
2. Workshop about professional orientation and emotion intelligence.
3. Complete a course.
3. Results, CV and reference
We will collect results and certificates, help with CVs and refer candidates for the internships and Kool Jõhvi.
